By accessing or using Rytmx, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Rytmx. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use Rytmx with permission from a parent or guardian.
Rytmx is a concert rating and review platform. You can log attendance, rate shows, write reviews, and explore venue and artist pages.
Some concert metadata and setlist details may come from third-party providers, including Setlist.fm. Rytmx may update, remove, or correct third-party content over time.
You sign in via supported OAuth providers. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for maintaining access to your login provider.
You must provide accurate profile information and avoid impersonation. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
You retain ownership of reviews, ratings, comments, and other content you submit. By posting content on Rytmx, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it as needed to operate the service.
Do not post unlawful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or infringing material. Do not upload malware, scrape private data, or attempt to disrupt the platform.
We may moderate, remove, or restrict content and accounts that violate these Terms.
Ratings should reflect your genuine concert experience. Coordinated manipulation, spam, or fake activity is prohibited.
Rytmx may investigate unusual behavior and may remove suspicious ratings or reviews to preserve trust in platform data.
Rytmx may link to or display information from third parties, such as OAuth providers, Setlist.fm, map tools, and media platforms. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their terms or privacy practices.
Use of third-party content remains subject to the rights and licenses of those providers.
Rytmx branding, design, and software are protected by intellectual property laws. Except where permitted by law, you may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute core platform assets without permission.
Artist names, event names, and related trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Rytmx is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, complete data accuracy, or specific results from using the service.
Concert details, setlists, and user-submitted reviews may contain errors or opinions you disagree with.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Rytmx and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.
You may stop using Rytmx at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, abuse, or security risk.
Sections that by nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute terms) will remain in effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Rytmx after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
